This subtropical evergreen perennial has large green leaves which is a lovely way to add a tropical look to the garden or home. Red bracts hold yellow flowers which bloom during summer and early autumn. Can be grown indoors but may not flower indoors. Though it is one of the hardiest of the 'Lobster Claw' Plants, it is still frost tender and prefers low wind. Grows to approx 3 mtrs.
