Chaenomeles 'Green Ice' (Flowering Quince)

Also known as the Flowering Quince, it is a hardy deciduous shrub which in winter, brings a beautiful array of semi-double white with a tinge of green flowers. These are then followed by small ornamental quince like fruit which can be used for preserves. Foliage changes from green to lovely yellow tones in autumn. Grows to approx 1.8 x 1.5mtrs. A lovely showy shrub!
