A native to NZ, the Hen and Chicken Fern as it is commonly known, is a very attractive fern with deep green arching, feathery fronds. It is great to grow either inside or out, and a nice addition to a native planting, pots or patio area and will thrive anywhere indoors with indirect light. The little bulbils form on the mature fronds, from this they drop off and form their own plants. Grows up to approx 80cm - 1.2mtrs.
